Is exercise really that important to my Weight Loss regimen?

 

Yes.  Modern medical research shows that regular exercise:

> builds healthier muscle
> burns off more calories than the less healthy muscle of no exercise
> burns off calories even when we're not exercising
> leads to more calories expended

The 'type' of exercise is less important than just adding 'some' exercise to your weight loss regimen!
